Polara Health’s Birth to Five Center of Excellence understands that your children develop within a network of relationships and communities. Our highly trained Birth to Five team provides services that are targeted to strengthen these networks from an integrated approach that is developmentally and trauma informed.

Polara Health's Autism Program will be hosting the 2nd Annual Walk or Roll: Move 4 Autism Community Picnic. This event that will held A.C. Granite Creek Park in Prescott from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Friday, April 14th. We will fun activities for the attendees including lunch. Also, local Autism resource providers will be in attendance with information on community support.
